Led as Global Vice President  Marketing Communications, Corporate & Community Affairs, Social Responsibility and Strategic Advisor to the President and CEO for a prominent global hair and beauty conglomerate driving mission alignment, brand awareness and equity across continents. 

Spearheaded a multi-million-dollar in-house advertising agency executing large-scale  campaigns, brand positioning, executive communications, and corporate social responsibility, increasing ROI.  

Built and sustained high-level partnerships, including with high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, heads of state, corporate, nonprofit , and community stakeholders, enhancing corporate and community credibility.

Achieved a 90% client retention and referral rate as founder of a boutique IMC and Talent Management agency, delivering tailored, results-driven solutions consistently on time and budget.

Engineered high-impact community engagement initiatives rooted in equity and access, bridging corporate resources with community needs to amplify brand presence, foster inclusion, and to uplift underserved populations and communities.

Purpose-Led Youth Advocacy 

Beyond her corporate achievements, and as President and CEO of (GDE) a boutique marketing and public relations agency, driven by purpose, the founder established a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to mentorship, leadership development, and life skills education for youth, with a special emphasis on empowering girls through mentorship. 

Resilience & Advocacy 

The founder’s personal journey has deepened her commitment to advocacy and healing. Her life is a reflection of grace and quiet strength as an advocate for women and girls.

Anchored in her life verse: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”— Philippians 4:13, and through public speaking and outreach, she raises awareness, empowers survivors, and fosters hope. 

Her passions include mentoring youth, particularly girls, motivational speaking, cooking, playing golf, cheering on women’s basketball and spending time with loved ones.
